Location: A room in the castle
The doctor tells the gentle woman about Lady MacBeths habit of sleepwalking. Lady MacBeth then walks in, in a trance she speaks of the blood she thinks is on her hands and how she can’t wash it off. She starts speaking of Banquo and Lady MacDuff being dead and they can’t come back. The doctor starts to suspect something is up at the end of the scene and says “To their deaf pillows will discharge their secrets”.
